Ownership Of Source Files: Unless specified upon request, source files such as Macromedia Flash (.fla), Photoshop Files (.psd), procedure scripts or any other source file, brainstorming notes, concepts and development files will remain property of OMIS.ca. Upon request prior to quoting a project, the client can inform OMIS.ca they would like to own the source files for future use. Additional charges may apply.

Project Proposal and Contract: Above and beyond general general terms and conditions, you agree and abide by the conditions set forth in your project proposal and contract
