OMIS.ca originally inherited our website in 2008. Back then we just needed a "marketing" website to tell our clients we were online. Over the years, the need for an online business quickly grew and soon we required an online storefront and the ability to manage our own content online. We decided to completely overhaul the website and Carlos created a user-friendly website for our clients while incorporating our new corporate look. He also created an "admin" site to allow myself and my receptionists the ability to easily manage orders, products and content on the website.
Carlos explained the online shopping process extremely well and provided ongoing support whenever help was needed. It provides great peace of mind when Carlos can be reached easily by email, phone or text and is always quick to respond - something we lacked with our "discount" hosting provider. Now issues get resolved quickly and requests for updates, both to the website or to our hosting platform (email changes, statistic/traffic questions, technical/setup issues) are done in a timely manner. We're relieved we don't have to wait for a customer service representative or setup a "support ticket" number to deal with these issues as we did in the past.
It's nice to know that in such an automated industry, there are still service professionals offering a personal service and we're glad to have Carlos on board managing our website. It's a confidence we have that our website will be taken care of.
